Cancellation Policy

Booking & Confirmation: Once you book, you will receive a confirmation email. Preparation: You are responsible for arriving to the meeting ready to work. Before your session, please: - Submit your agenda item or question at least 48 hours before the meeting by emailing Jules directly. - Review any materials or resources Jules shared with you from your last session. - Come with at least one specific goal for the conversation. Jules will not use meeting time to figure out what you need. That is your job before you arrive. Cancellations: Life happens. Jules respects that. Here is what she asks of you: - Cancel at least 24 hours before your session - Cancel through the booking link, not by email, text or DM A no-show without notice, or a same-day cancellation without a documented emergency, communicates a lack of care and respect (except in the cases of a true emergency). Jules will not automatically reschedule sessions. Rescheduling: You may reschedule, and you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, and you must use the rescheduling link in your confirmation, not by email, text or DM. You are responsible for saving the email and managing the details. Late Arrivals: One time is late so be sure you are logging in 1-2 minutes early to the meeting. Jules will wait for 3 minutes. Communication: All scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling happen through the booking system. Jules does not accept schedule changes through Instagram, text, or any other informal channel. If you send a last-minute message through an informal channel, Jules cannot guarantee she will see it in time. Repeat No-Shows: One no-show will result in removal from any mentoring opportunities with Jules. Jules invests real time in these conversations, and she reserves that time for students who show up, prepared and respectful of her time. The Spirit of This Policy: Jules offers mentorship because she believes in you. This policy is not about being rigid. It is about maintaining the same professional standard you will need when you work with clients, employers, and partners who will not give second chances. How you show up here is practice for how you show up everywhere. Take it seriously and you will get a lot out of her mentorship.
