Service Description
In order to receive the audit, you must provide all materials 7 business days prior to the scheduled meeting. If the deadline is missed, the meeting will be rescheduled. Once work begins, there are no refunds. During the 1-hr meeting, you will receive the audit. You will have recommendations and information to take away and options for next steps, as well. We take these audits seriously and evaluate all the information you provide to us against our proven strategies, playbooks, and implementation standards.
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule and not incur a charge, please reschedule your call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We will charge you for any last-minute changes because there is work and preparation that goes into these meetings for you. We ask that you please give us notice so that we can effectively manage schedules. If there is an emergency, let us know.
